2. B2B Transactions Only
ANRO sells exclusively to businesses (B2B). All orders must meet our minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 100 units, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Product Availability & Regions
ANRO devices are currently available only in select regions. Availability is subject to change. Please contact us before placing an order to confirm eligibility and shipping coverage.
4. Order Placement and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
Suspected fraud
Incomplete information
Ineligibility based on business verification
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.
A deposit of at least 30% is required to confirm an order.
Full payment must be made prior to shipment.
All prices exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless otherwise stated.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted only before goods leave China.
A minimum 30% cancellation fee will apply (equivalent to the deposit).
Cancellations after dispatch will not be accepted.
7. Refund & Return Policy
- All returns must be approved in writing and are subject to the sole discretion of KOHO Company.
- Returns are only accepted within 30 days and under specific conditions.
- Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and approved in advance.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times will vary by location and volume.
All risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch.
Tracking information and/or Bill of Landing will be provided when available.
9. Product Use
Products must be used as intended and in accordance with all applicable local regulations.
ANRO is not liable for misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on ANRO.jp, including images, logos, text, and product names, are the property of ANRO or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shenzhen.
